Begin A Lease

Step 2

All Applicants must submit the following for ALL / EACH occupant(s) before we can begin processing or holding a unit.

1. Rental Inquiry Response Form (Download)

2. Application (Download)

3. Copies of Id's (Driver's license or passport)

4. Proof of Income (3-month bank statement / W2 / Financial Aid or 120)

5. Check for $50.00 payable to Grande Vista Village, LLC

Please either call the office at 740-566-4400 to coordinate sending us these documents or come by the office.
